My love for helping others achieve their health goals stems from my own fitness journey. Finding a healthier balance with workouts and nutrition propelled my recovery from an eating disorder. I discovered that achieving the body and health I wanted didn’t come from hours of cardio and restrictive eating. It came from fueling properly and building strength.
When I’m not in the gym or coaching, you can find me spending time with family, traveling, getting a massage, shopping, finding something to organize, or outside on a walk.
